Slovakia, end June 2001

This is a debated species. It is double brooded which is not the normal condition for L. coridon. It is only found in a small area of Slovakia. Unfortunately I don't know if the ranges overlap here or if the two species fly together. Without any external diagnostic features I don't know if these fairly worn butterflies are the end of the first brood slovacus or the beginning of the coridon brood.
